Coaching as close as possible to field requirements
The first phase consisted in identifying the prerequisites for Dataviz coaching, then evaluating and customizing the level of support according to the operational needs of the team and organizing the coaching.
Make
Combining practice and methodology
The emphasis was placed on practice by deploying training based on concrete exercises, by involving trainees. Then, in parallel with personalized coaching, we completed this training by raising awareness of the “UX BI” method for designing dashboards.
Scale
Without Control, Power is Nothing
In addition to this increase in individual skills, the client relied on a framework of best practices as well as on the fundamental principles of self-service BI, and in particular an underlying data base and the associated data governance.
